Organizations seeking to grow need to determine what additional infrastructure, financial support and other resources will be needed to achieve growth goals and maintain program quality.

We work with clients to make sure that their programs and operations are optimally aligned with their mission and well positioned for sustainable support. This process typically starts with a needs assessment and a financial review to help to determine capacity building potential. Are you being strategic about which programs to grow? We also help nonprofits analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of specific programs and initiatives. Mission Velocity gathers information from staff and other stakeholders, reviews similar work by other organizations, and develops a set of findings and recommendations for adjustment and improvement in specific program areas.
