Leadership Development

Mission Velocity offers coaching services to help leaders ensure that they address areas in need of improvement, enhance areas of strength, and develop the skills and confidence needed to lead effectively and inspire staff and other stakeholders. We also provide help with team dynamics, and help team members stay focused on the mission while addressing day to day responsibilities, effectively resolve challenges, and enable their teams to succeed in executing strategies.

Sessions are conducted in person and via Zoom, Google Meet, etc. We help leaders analyze concerns, review budget issues, assess staffing matters, and work effectively with their boards. Leaders often benefit from having a sounding board and thought partner with whom to analyze opportunities, brainstorm creative solutions, think strategically, and assess ROI in various contexts. Bill Corwin uses his years of experience in leading several organizations in various stages of growth and challenge to tailor a coaching program to the needs of each staff leader and the circumstances of each organization.
